Jill Powell is the CEO and Owner of Chance 4 Change. She has over 26 years of experience working with Autism, Mental Illness, Traumatic Brain Injury, Severely Emotionally Disturbed, Deaf, Blind and Developmentally Disabled. Jill has also acquired a wide variety of specialized skills in the social services field. Her job experiences include being a Job Coach, ILS Instructor, Group Home Facilitator, Psychiatric Technician, Emergency Medical Technician, General Rehabilitation Practitioner and a Sheltered Workshop Supervisor.

Lori is our CFO and HR Director of Chance for Change since 2007. Lori handles client budgetary issues, parent and client HR related issues, payroll, company benefits, emergency assistance procedures and client right issues.
