Shannon Howell - ILS/SLS Program Manager

I work directly with the client and assist with person center planning.
I ensure that CSFs assist clients with problems such as personal and family adjustments, finances, employment, food, clothing, housing, and physical and mental impairments to determine nature and degree of problem.
I make sure that both myself and CSFs secure information such as medical, psychological, and social factors contributing to clients’ situation and evaluate these and clients’ capacities.
I also ensure that CSFs assist clients individually, in family, or in other small groups regarding plans for meeting needs, and aid clients to mobilize inner capacities and environmental resources to improve social functioning.
