Chance 4 Change is looking for a few outstanding people to provide quality care for individuals with developmental disabilities.

Our services assist individuals in leading independent and healthy lives in their own homes and in our community. Duties include helping our clients with personal care, house cleaning, monitoring medications and medical appointments and assisting them in the community. 

Experience is preferred but we will train the right person. Knowledge and understanding of Developmental Disabilities, Autism and other Mental Health disabilities is preferred. We offer a competitive wage that is dependent on your experience level.

• Positions are available in Eureka, Arcata, McKinleyville, and Fortuna.
• Hiring for Full Time and Part Time positions.
• Morning, Afternoon, Evening and Overnight shifts are available.
• Applicants must be able to pass a background check, have a clean driving record, reliable transportation and valid auto insurance.
