Jill Powell is the CEO and Program Director of Chance 4 Change. She has over 15 years of experience working with Autism, Mental Illness, Traumatic Brain Injury, Severely Emotionally Disturbed, Deaf, Blind and Developmentally Disabled. Jill has also acquired a wide variety of specialized skills in the social services field. Her job experiences include being a Job Coach, ILS Instructor, Group Home Facilitator, Psychiatric Technician, Emergency Medical Technician, General Rehabilitation Practitioner and a Sheltered Workshop Supervisor.

Nancy Higham

Nancy Higham is the Program Manager for the Sonoma County and Butte County Chance 4 Change offices.

Nancy has been working with Jill for over 7 years as a Program Manager. As the Program Manager, Nancy oversaw the provision of independent living skills and services to both S.L.S. and I.L.S. adults with developmental disabilities. Prior to working with Jill, Nancy worked as the Facility Manager for two Sacramento area homeless shelters assisting families and children. As the Facility Manager, Nancy’s focus was providing family stabilization, counseling and mental health assistance to dually-diagnosed adults.

Ericka Everhart

Ericka Everhart is the Program Manager for the Humboldt County Chance 4 Change office. She has over 15 years of experience working with both Autism and Williams Syndrome since her daughter, Raven, was diagnosed with both at the early age of one.

Ericka began working with Jill nearly 7 years ago as a personal care attendant. As a personal care attendant, Ericka gained experience working with other types of disabilities including developmental disabilities, Cerebral Palsy, Spinal Bifida, personality disorders and other mental illnesses. Ericka also gained experience working with individuals with Diabetes and other intensive medical conditions.

Damian Jaime

Damian Jaime is the Quality Assurance Manager for Chance 4 Change. Damian has been working in the healthcare field for over 8 years and began working with Jill over 3 years ago as a personal care attendant. As the Quality Assurance Manager, Damian ensures that Chance 4 Change's standard for providing our consumers with quality care is consistently met.

Sarah Vue

Sarah Vue is the Human Resources Director for Chance 4 Change. Sarah originally started out in the health services field as a Certified Nursing Assistant working at a Skilled Nursing Facility in Sacramento.

Sarah has been working with Jill for over six years. In addition to being the Human Resources Director, Sarah is also the Office Manager and the Activities Coordinator for the agency. She has planned countless outings and activities such as bowling parties, camping trips and BINGO nights for our consumers.
